Takeru Hidaka, an ambitious high school student aiming for medical school, enjoys a seemingly harmonious relationship with his first girlfriend, Kaori Koga. However, their peaceful bond is suddenly threatened when Kaori’s best friend, Tomoko Yoshioka, begins to openly flirt with and seduce him.
