Rena and Ayano are close friends with contrasting personalities—Rena is open-minded and experienced, while Ayano remains innocent and naive. During a routine medical checkup at a local clinic, they catch the eye of a calculating doctor who cleverly uses persuasive words to manipulate his patients.

Disguising his actions as an advanced medical examination, the practitioner convinces Rena to undergo an unconventional clinical therapy. Embracing the intense experience, Rena enthusiastically encourages the hesitant Ayano to join in as well.
